A FLEXIBLE ORGANISATION
BECOUZE IS PROUD OF ITS ATYPICAL APPROACH TO THE WORLD OF AUDIT, EXPERTISE AND CONSULTANCY.
No fixed team within the company!
BECOUZE aims to be a “multiteam”, “multitrade” and “multisector” organisation!
Employees are assigned to a client file, and it is the nature of the assignment that determines the composition of the team. Over the course of the year, employees may have several supervisors and just as many work colleagues.
Multidisciplinary profiles
Here, there are no compartmentalisation: our professions are mutually enriching. Everyone can work according to their skills and interests, so that the team can flourish and our clients can be satisfied. The diversity of our assignments and clients is an asset that we are proud to cultivate. It’s what makes working at BECOUZE so interesting.
