SUPPORTING YOUR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

BECOUZE takes care of its employees’ professional development.

Whether you’re a student, recent graduate or experienced professional, you’ll benefit from tailor-made support to help you develop at your own pace within the company, according to your aspirations, plans and skills.

All our employees are encouraged to continue their training throughout their careers, whether it’s taking the chartered accounting diploma (DEC) or acquiring new technical skills. The changing nature of the finance and advisory professions means that everyone has new challenges to meet.

Your Journey

Associate in training

Like a junior member of staff, an employee in training (apprentice, trainee, work-study student) will take part in various assignments in order to gain experience and acclimatise to the BCZ environment. Junior members are never on their own; they are part of a team and their work is systematically supervised to help them progress.

Associate

Freshly qualified employee quickly becomes involved with clients, enabling them to apply and develop their skills. Team emulation, systematic reviews of work and training programmes all contribute to the personal development of each.

Senior associate

Senior associate is autonomous within the scope of their work. Reporting to the project manager or head of mission, they take part in the organisation, management and monitoring of assignments. Their rigour and commitment should enable them to progress rapidly to a management position.

Project manager

The project manager is responsible for supporting a number of clients. Their role includes helping to ensure that files are properly managed, leading a small team and delegating a number of tasks. Their experience and technical training will enable them to work autonomously on cases that are suited to their experience and to gradually develop management skills.

Head of mission

The head of mission has a stronger managerial and administrative role than the project manager. They represent Becouze in dealings with clients. They work both upstream and downstream on projects, ensuring their technical quality and helping to train the teams.

Manager

The manager is an experienced executive. They make proposals and act as a relay for the partners. In addition to their technical involvement in client assignments, they implement Becouze’s strategy and contribute to the development of the teams.

Partner

Becouze is first and foremost a service company run by a team of entrepreneurial partners who are committed to the development of their staff and the quality of their services. Always close to the day-to-day concerns of our clients, they work closely with all our teams.

OUR SUPPORT

WELCOME SEMINAR

New employees are given a full induction week (in September or January, depending on the date of hire). On the agenda: technical training, general information points and privileged exchanges between colleagues.

TUTORING/MENTORING

Each new member of staff benefits from the support of a tutor or mentor, to help them get their bearings in the firm’s organisation.

TAILOR-MADE TRAINING

All our teams benefit from a training programme tailored to developing their technical and managerial skills: external training to keep pace with the rapid changes in our business lines, internal training to share experience and knowledge of practices, managerial training to support supervisors, etc.

INTERVIEWS

Throughout the year, a number of formal interviews are held to encourage discussion with managers: annual appraisal interview, mid-year appraisal interview, professional appraisal interview, pay interview, etc.

MONTHLY PLENARY MEETING

A key moment in the BCZ team spirit, the monthly plenary meeting is an opportunity to share company news with all the teams, present new clients and start the month in a friendly atmosphere.

HIGHLIGHTS

Afterwork parties, sports events, team building, Christmas parties… Every event is an excellent opportunity to meet up and share a good time.
